originally uploaded by &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/people/by_luluk/"&gt;lulukmd&lt;/a&gt;.	&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Bahan Cake :&lt;br /&gt;• 200 gr brown sugar &lt;br /&gt;• 50 gr coklat bubuk &lt;br /&gt;• 250 ml buttermilk &lt;br /&gt;• 1sdt ekstrak vanilla &lt;br /&gt;• 240 gr tepung terigu protein rendah &lt;br /&gt;• 1 sdt baking soda &lt;br /&gt;• 1/2 sdt garam &lt;br /&gt;• 100 gr mentega tawar &lt;br /&gt;• 200 gr gula pasir &lt;br /&gt;• 2 butir telur  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Glaze Ganache (utk bagian luar cake)&lt;br /&gt;• 180 gr dark baking chocolate, cincang &lt;br /&gt;• 6 sdm susu cair &lt;br /&gt;• 75 gr  mentega tawar &lt;br /&gt;• 2 sdm liquer (rhum,dll) optional, kalo gue ditiadakan &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ganache Cream (utk olesan dalam cake)&lt;br /&gt;• 250 ml double cream (thick cream/whipping cream) &lt;br /&gt;• 120 gr dark baking chocolate, cincang &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat : &lt;br /&gt;1.  Olesi loyang bundar 23cm dengan mentega (2 buah). Alasi dng kertas roti. Panaskan oven pada suhu 170C.  &lt;br /&gt;2. Glaze Ganache : lelehkan coklat bersama susu hingga meleleh, angkat. Tambahkan mentega, aduk hingga mentega leleh.  Diamkan glaze hingga mengental dan mudah dioleskan (90 mnt).  &lt;br /&gt;3. Ganache Cream : panaskan krim sambil diaduk hingga beruap. Angkat, tuang kedalam coklat cincang, aduk rata perlahan sampai coklat larut. Tutup dan dinginkan dilemari es hingga mengental dan bisa dioleskan (60mnt). Keluarkan, kocok dengan mixer (kec. sedang) hingga rata kentalnya. Gunakan segera.  &lt;br /&gt;4. Cake : campur brown sugar, coklat bubuk dan 1/2 bagian butter milk, sisihkan. Campur sisa buttermilk dan ekstrak vanilla, sisihkan. Ayak terigu bersama baking soda dan garam, sisihkan. &lt;br /&gt;5. Dengan mixer, kocok mentega hingga lembut (1/2 mnt). Bertahap, masukkan gula pasir, kocok hingga ringan dan pucat. Masukan telur satu persatu, kocok sampai rata setiap kali.  &lt;br /&gt;6. Tambahkan adonan coklat bubuk-buttermilk, aduk balik. Bagi tepung terigu dalam 3 bagian dan buttermilk dalam 2 bagian. Masukan tepung terigu bergantian dengan buttermilk, dimulai dan diakhiri dengan tepung, kedalam adonan. aduk balik dengan spatula.  &lt;br /&gt;7. Bagi rata adonan kedalam loyang2. Panggang hingga matang selama 30-35mnt. Keluarkan.  &lt;br /&gt;8. Dinginkan cake dalam loyang diatas rak kawat. lalu keluarkan. Pindahkan ke rak kawat untuk mendinginkan. &lt;br /&gt;9. Penyelesaian : olesi salah satu permukaan cake dengan krim ganache, tutup dengan cake satunya lagi. Dengan bantuan pallet, oleskan sisa krim ganache utk menutup seluruh permukaan cake. Dinginkan. &lt;br /&gt;10. Siram permukaan cake dengan glaze ganache hingga tertutup rata. Dinginkan lagi dlm lemari es. &lt;br /&gt;11. /&gt;4,5 cup tepung protein tinggi&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm gula&lt;br /&gt;3 sdt bawang putih bubuk (optional)&lt;br /&gt;C:&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- masukkan A ke B, uleni sampai agak kalis&lt;br /&gt;- tambahkan C, uleni sampai kalis.&lt;br /&gt;- setelah kalis, rolling out sampai ketebalan yg di inginkan sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt vanili bubuk&lt;br /&gt;D:&lt;br /&gt;100 gr kentang, kukus dan haluskan&lt;br /&gt;E:&lt;br /&gt;3 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;F:&lt;br /&gt;300 ml santan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr keju&lt;br /&gt;minyak untuk mengoles&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara&lt;br /&gt;1. jerang bahan A diatas kompor, sampai margarine mencair&lt;br /&gt;2. masukkan B, sambil di aduk cepat, hingga tercampur rata&lt;br /&gt;3. masukkan C, sampai gula larut. Angkat. Biarkan sampai hangat&lt;br /&gt;4. masukkkan D, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;5. masukkan E, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;6. masukkan F secara bertahap, aduk rata hingga kental dan licin.&lt;br /&gt;7. panaskan cetakan kue Lumpur, olesi dengan minyak.&lt;br /&gt;tuang adonan hingga ½ penuh, tutup&lt;br /&gt;8. setelah setengah matang, buka tutupnya, taburi dengan keju&lt;br /&gt;parut. Kulit: Campur tepung terigu dan tepung ketan hitam dengan air,&lt;br /&gt;    telur dan garam, aduk rata. Tambahkan minyak goreng, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    Panaskan wajah pilih ukuran 12 cm, olesi dengan sedikit minyak,&lt;br /&gt;    buat dadar tipis, dan sisihkan. &lt;br /&gt;2.  dan   susu bubuk, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;- tuang susu cair dan menterga sedikit2, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;- tambahkan garam, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;- tutup dengan plastik, diamkan di tempat hangat kurleb 30 mnt&lt;br /&gt;
